The International Students Induction 2007 will take place between Wednesday 26th September and Sunday 30th September 2007. We strongly advise you to join our Welcome Programme so that we can help you settle in to your new environment before the term starts. We recommend the welcome programme to all new international students, as it forms a good foundation for your academic study, and is also intended to provide both a welcome and an introduction to life in a different country. During the induction you will have the chance to familiarise yourself with individuals and services within the university community who can assist you during your stay. It is also a chance to meet other international students. This event is designed to be an introduction and welcome to all International Students who have accepted a place to study at the University of Southampton.

The Induction programme is free of charge, however if you would like to stay in University Accommodation during the Induction programme, you MUST apply for both the programme and accommodation by 01/09/07 in order for accommodation to be guaranteed.
